I had purchased several 8 round cards over the last 5 years and was told they never expired. 2025 the conditions were terrible only played there twice, came back to play there this year conditions still not great, was told by proshop the course was in "great shape". Went to use my punch card and was told it was expired, they gave me 2 "free" rounds as compensation, considering there were 8 rounds left on this card and the card is worth $425.00 plus tax, I basically paid $425.00 for 2 rounds of golf on a course that is in awful condition. NEVER COMING BACK TOTAL RIP OFF

Shuksan is so much fun. Lots of great elevation changes. Some very challenging holes followed by some forgiving ones right after them so you can remember why you play. Hole 1 is a RH slicer nightmare, but is very enticing because of the large cliff you hit off of. Hole 2 is a straight Par 3. Hole 4 is a beautiful long deceptive straight par 5 where you gain back half the elevation you lost on hole 1, but only on the last shot up to the green where you have to stop it dead because it is wide but not deep. Hole 5 is an almost reachable par 4 with a very unusual DROP onto the green! Great maintenance. Friendly pro. And I hear they have a cafe that people go to even when not golfing. Last night there was a wedding going on and we could hear music all the way across the valley (not distracting, just sounded fun). What a great way to spend a weekday evening.

I photographed a wedding at Shuksan Golf Club and the views alone make it worth considering. The North Cascades as a backdrop — Mt. Baker visible in the distance, rolling greens, open sky — it's the kind of setting that makes everything feel a little more elevated. As a photographer, you really can't go wrong with that much natural scenery to work with. A solid choice if you're looking for something in the Bellingham area with a relaxed, scenic feel.

Our first time here and it was a great course! We played a 4 hour round and that was great! Greens are well kept and fast. Definitely recommend!

Shuksan is one of my go to courses in the area! The new renovation of the club house, the awesome restaurant and the quality of the course are fantastic. Views EVERYWHERE, lots of elevated greens and tee boxes, friendly staff, quality course, natural setting. I walked it a few times and it lights the legs on fire but still fun. I would grab a cart. Highly recommend!
